Our Story

Corporate Information

Sockeyes Cancer Foundation was founded in November 2010 and is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 corporation registered in the state of Washington.

Corporation Structure

Based on by-laws, corporate structure consist of four positions on the board, Director, Chairman, Treasurer and Secretary. All positions filled by closed ballot voting and are held for one year and by one individual with the exception for the Treasure and Secretary, which may be held by one person.
